What does Consinna actually do?

Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Telegram and WhatsApp for chat. Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Contacts), Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive), Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Linear, Jira, Box and Dropbox for tools. You connect each one with a click from your dashboard.

Which AI model does it use, and who pays for it?

Your own. You bring an OpenAI API key or sign in with ChatGPT; usage is billed to you by OpenAI at their prices, and Consinna never resells or marks up tokens. Your dashboard shows what your agent spent each day.

Is my data used to train models?

Accepted Answer

No. Your agent's memory and files stay on your server. Consinna does not train on your data, and requests to OpenAI go through your own account under its API terms.

Who can see my agent's conversations?

Accepted Answer

You, and anyone you grant access to from your dashboard. Health and usage metrics are reported to us; conversations are not. Our engineers reach your server only through an authenticated support tunnel.

Is it safe to give an AI agent my email?

Accepted Answer

Only if the machine it runs on is locked down, which is most of what we do: no public ports, signed requests, encrypted secrets, device approval. You choose each Google or Microsoft service separately and can revoke access at any time.

What happens when OpenClaw ships an update?

Accepted Answer

Nothing, until we've tested it. We pin a release and upgrade on our schedule. If a build doesn't come up healthy, it rolls back on its own.

What happens if it goes down at 3 a.m.?

Crashes restart within seconds. If something stays down, our monitoring pages an engineer. You'll see it on your dashboard, and you'll usually hear from us before you notice.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. There's a short call, a guided setup where you sign in and click to connect, and then you just message it.

How much does it cost?

It's quoted per agent: one monthly rate plus a one-time setup for your configuration. Tell us what it should do and we reply with a number.

Yes to all three. Add agents from your dashboard at your rate. Move your agent between cloud and Mac with its memory intact. Cancel month to month; we hand you an encrypted backup.
